Cancellation, Financial, Consent
After booking an initial appointment, all patients are required to complete a digital intake form, which includes our cancellation, financial, and consent policies.
This form must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled evaluation. If it’s not received on time, unfortunately your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Submitting your intake in advance gives our therapists and administrative team the necessary time to review your medical history and verify your insurance benefits for you to receive the best possible care experience.

Cancellation Policy:
Exceptions to the above policy may be made at the therapist's discretion if the late cancellation or no-show is due to inclement weather or family emergency.
Late Cancellation:
Please call 443-505-3984 (leave a time-stamped voicemail) or email admin@resilientphysiotherapy.com at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment.
A $50 fee will be billed to your account if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of appointment time.
No-SHow:
A $100 fee will be billed to the patient's account if he/she fails to show up without any notice.
Tardiness:
If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, it will be under the PT's discretion to see the patient or have him/her reschedule.
